Does the Jet 10-20 (performax) use a standard size conveyor belt that I could buy from, say, supergrit.com? And what paper do you reccomend? Also, what about a paper cleaner?

Mike,

Check out Woodcraft here:

I bought the 80 and 120 grit paper. They also have a replacement belt listed.

Glenn, what paper (grit) came on the drum?

OK, that looks good. But given the prices at Supergrit, surely someone has tried their 13x32 (and trimmed it down)????

I have only used Performax papers and belts (still have the original belt in use and a spare at the ready) and don't call me Shirley...... :D

laughing6-hehe Mikey my friend I use 120 for softwoods (and sometimes when I am to lazy to change an old belt I use it on hardwoods too....) and 80 for hardwoods. I have some 36 grit too for really tough jobs like native olive.
