I was perusing Dick GmbH's site. In searching "glue" I found they offer HHG, Rabbit Skin Glue, Bone Glue and Isinglass. Okay, I think we are all familiar with HHG, no need to really comment on this one. The blurb they have for rabbit skin glue indicates that it is very elastic. So much for that glue. But the other two indicate that they have a harder bond than HHG. I'm guessing that Isinglass isn't use because it is getting harder to get, therefore, much more expensive. So that brings me to Bone Glue. This is the first time I've ever heard of it and wondered why that was. It is not used because it is too hard, too dark, hard to find or something else? Anyone have any insight into this? |

Thank you Tony. That was exactly the information I couldn't find on the net. |
