I'm doing a partial refret for a friend, but can't find wire big enough at the usual suppliers. I don't really want to do a full refret. The bass wire I have is way too small! Anyone know where I can find fretwire with a crown of .063" & width of .105"? Fingers crossed... Dan |

That is some tall wire. Here is a chart with a lot of wire sizes from different manufaturers. Didn't see one that tall but maybe it will help. http://www.lutherie.net/fret.chart.html Steve |

Dan, I have Jumbo wire. I hink it is .105 wide but I can't remember how tall. I am in Manitoba right now but will be home late next week if you still need it. Shane |
