In my flood last month one of the things I lost was my 15' radius dish and its sand paper. I purchased it a few years back and it was OK but not spectacular. I ordered the replacement from Shane, and his is spectacular, double thickness mdf and varnished ready to use. I have dealt with quite a few of our sponsors and they have all been great to deal with but I must say Shane, Tracy John Hall and the Zootman really are a pleasure to deal with.

I couldn't agree more. I've recently special-ordered several sets of Gotoh tuners from Shane. Great service and a great guy to deal with.

Me too! Even though he is on the road, he managed to get brace stock to me. I have always had the best from our vendors.

If it wasn't for me being out of town last weekend, I almost had the chance for Shane to hand deliver a couple of tops!

Seems that his family vacation was coming halfway cross the continent to where I am.

Didn't work out. Too bad, so sad.

Shane definitely gets my vote for great service too ... I just received a phone call from him while he was on vacation regarding an order I made ... that's WAY beyond the call of duty in my books! Great guy!

I hold Shane in high regard. Not only is he a top notch individual, but also he sells some sweeeeet wood.
