Post subject:  bridge design

Hey all.
I came up with this design, and have it on 2 of 3 weiss styles.
I need some input on bridge design dynamics,
like, thin wings= more bass, less treble, whatever.
Anyway, any help would help me.
The 2 guitars with this style sound good,
but completely different, as are the woods the guitars are made of.
This one is ebony, 3/8" at the thickest section, and weighs 30 grams.
Thank you.

Allright, I will just keep moving on.

Thanks Todd.
I was thinking about going to the bat shape.
Seems to me it would help a little with bridge rotation as well.

The bridge looks good with the cutaway.
Do you remember how high the strings were from the top on the Weiss you made?
also how thick the bridge was?
I'm getting a slight dish in front of the bridge that's been strung up for a month.
The strings are 11/16" off the top,
and I'm thinking about lowering that saddle a little more than 1/8".
The dish goes up to the x,
then stops.
Guess the x is working!
