Post subject:  Shop tool setup -- coming along slowly

As I explained in a thread a month or two ago, I made some significant upgrade to my tools. I've been setting things up for the last month. You never appreciate how much effort goes into setting up a tool until you try to set up lots of them all at once.

It's exciting, but I'm ready to be done with setup and start doing some woodworking again.

Here are some pics of the new tools in all their messy glory. Another three or four weeks and everything should be in its rightful place.

Here's the 6' sliding tablesaw.

Lots of ductwork laid out on the floor.

The problem with setting up all these tools at once is that all the parts get spread all over, to the point the shop becomes completely useless until the setup is complete.

But I've used them just enough that I appreciate what a huge upgrade they are over what I had before.

Good for you, Kelby!! New tools are always great, but high-end tools are even better! Let us know how things progress. [:Y:] :D [:Y:]

Looks like you'll want to spend the other half of your lottery winnings on a shop to house that arsenal of tools Kelby. Looks great.

Cheers,
Danny
