For those of you who build classical guitars: When you put a straightedge on top of the fretboard (with the frets installed), what is the distance between the straightedge and the top where the saddle will be located? Thanks. |

I like to see 5mm on the bass side, and 5.5mm on the treble. That's for an even 8mm bridge, and that's assuming that the fret tops are nice and level. |
