 Has anyone tried this / I am looking to stain poplar ? Do you think I can use shellac as a stain preconditioner to my wood to avoid blotchiness ?http://www.minwax.com/wood-products/onestep-stain-finishes/minwax-express-color I will be testing this on scraps - but I wanted to see if anyone had tested already. |
