thanks for watching, a little story first - feel free to skip it: my beloved selmer style guitar and my beloved 1 year old daughter had a tumultuous rendez-vous this morning (mea culpa). end reult: guitar on the floor, baby crying and a broken guitar head. the break line goes through the scarf joint. i glued it up with HHG, left clamped for a couple of hours and now wanted to know how long should i wait before restringing it. the strings are savarez argentines low tension, which IIRC are not to demanding on the tension side. thanks in advance, miguel. |
