I think I went too far away from the edges but it rings great and is still pretty stiff.
Rings at 260hz right now.

Thoughts?

Can't say for sure, but this:

sounds horrible. Plate is sitka, about .080" thick. It pulled up pretty significantly around the edges, and sounds sort of like an archtop, but less good. Bass is nice, but trebles sound hollow and lifeless. No structural issues aside from the induced curvature... it's held stable for about a year now. Just sounds bad is all. Looks like you could end up with something similar.

Didn't you say in the other thread that your plate is .110" or something cedar? There's a chance it would be stiff enough to stay reasonably flat around the perimeter, but I'd shave 'em off and re-brace.
