Last summer show. The kids start there Equestian meets the second week of September. Depending on where they finish, they could go on for 6 weeks. My oldest and most calm child and her calm horse Benny Attachment: 565313_10201047974814321_477474708_n.jpg My youngest child and also full of energy on her high strung horse Dutch. That's a LOT of stuff to pack into even several weekends! |

Filippo Morelli wrote: I have a huge backlog of repairs that suddenly piled on. I think there are 3 bridges that need to go back on guitars, a strat getting a complete electronics makeover, a '64 SG that I need to start planning its headstock restoration, two classicals that have refurb work going and an electric guitar that got "cooked" and the neck came apart, along with some other minor heat damage. Finally tonight I managed to repair one of my guitars that came back with some damage ... This is kind of a bummer as I had started making all the templates and tooling to produce four of a new guitar I've been designing. But these pesky repairs keep piling up. Filippo It's like you're writing my thoughts. I, too, have three bridge reglues, two of which are rushes, one I'll be making a new bridge altogether, a crack repair/FP touchup, a neck reset, a refret, and a spraybooth to assemble/wire/duct, so I can finally safely spray nitro on my last build. Between all that I'm trying to finalize the design for a series of red spruce & Paduak fan fret baritones. Then, of course I'll have to make the molds and bending forms (probably two sets). After all that, I can actually start building. No rest for the wicked... Ken Jones Mountain Song Guitars |
