Every time I go to L&M for strings, I look at all the shiny guitars, but they don't hold a candle to the acoustic and electric guitars that I see on this forum every day! It's like the difference between hamburger and filet! Alex |

That started for me a few years back. I felt so sad, like...I really wanted to like them, but they just didn't do it for me anymore. |

I used to like to go to the high-dollar room in the guitar center and play the acoustics ...... haven't done that in a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time. |

It's been a number of years for me too. I'm way more interested to see if there are any happy accidents in the $300-400 range at the guitar stores. The only time I play the expensive stuff is when I need a reminder that it's really fair to raise the price I charge for my guitars and when I feel like being reminded that I am making something very special. |
