Its been a looong time since we've done any auctions. OLF'er Mike Collins donated a set of Cocobolo this week that is OLD and OLD SCHOOL! No bling on this baby. Its very heavy, very dense, tight grained and lots of dark colors. Oh and large enough to make a dreadnought from. I am going to skim sand it this weekend and post pictures early next week. The starting bid will be 300.00. and its worth every penny of that. I cant thank Mike enough. The auction will be held IN the main forum. It will be a sticky post, the last highest bid before the auction ends will win. We will use the forum software time stamp to ensure this. This will be fun! |
