I contacted bondrite , they are the sole distributor/wholesaler . no suppliers in the usa. I have many relatives in Van, lower mainland saltspring, victoria, etc. Perhaps they can send me a bottle

Apparently Titebond has stopped shipping to Canada. Those of you that know, what is an equivalent glue? Is LePage Pro carpenters fine? What about Gorilla products?

In reference to this post. I've used the LePage glue for over 14 years. I built my first 50 guitars with it almost exclusively since Titebond was not available locally at the time. I now use Fish/hide for most of my gluing but still use the LePage for some tasks.

I've never ever used titebond. Elmers a good while ago, now mostly Lepages or HH.

I question the veracity of titebond's disappearance from Canada. Where did you hear this? 'Cause the Quebecois have had their way with the label already. Image

I wondered about that too -- Franklin seems to think they ship to Canada

I guess time will reveal the truth on this. It was the hardware store owner who said they stopped shipping to Canada. It was in reply to my question of why no Titebond in stock.
