Is there are away to replace logo paint on pickguard? I can see the print location, white paint gone.

Most likely it was a silkscreen. Google "home made silk-screening and you will find many ways to do it.

Or you could find the logo (again Google it) in a vector graphics format (scalable without loosing resolution), take it to a sign make that does vinyl graphics and have them cut it out on a plotter, You can either have them make a positive and just stick it to the PG or have them print the reverse and use it as a stencil and spray it on.

The latter is how I have reproduced logos in the past using an airbrush and lacquer with excellent results.

here is an example of the last one I did.
