A bridge blank would be relatively easy- just buy some lumber. And from that lumber you can make (or have them made) some buttons and an end pin. What tuners are you going to be putting the buttons on? I just finished making a set for some gotoh 510s.

Chris I will be putting on either Waverly or Gotoh. I would make one as noted, however at this time not tooled up to do this kind of thing.

You still in Ozark or Nixa?

Did you try Burton LeGeyt? He's made tuner buttons for Waverly's in the past.
