I think John Greven used a multiple cut adjustable rosette jig that LMI marketed. Not sure if he still is.

I have been using the Greven/LMI Circle cutter for many years now and I love it.
The only downside is of course that you can only use it for the same rosette without changing out the cutters.

It literally takes a few minutes to use.
