| Post subject: | Flossing Jig For Archtops |
A few years ago I posted a slotted fretboard surrogate to facilitate even flossing when setting the neck on a new guitar. Here is a similar jig for an archtop. The spacer is the same height as the extension and the slots allow even sanding which is especially helpful when setting the centerline, or if you have to decrease the neck angle.
