Hi everyone, I just wanted to invite anyone interested to check out my tonewood store. I've got a great selection posted, and post new sets daily. Guitar backs and sides, neckblanks, soundboards, ukulele sets, etc. I also keep a very large inventory of basically any wood component for acoustic guitars, electric guitars, and ukuleles (bridge blanks, wood bindings, fretboard blanks, headplates, bridge plates, electric guitar tops)
Need something in particular? Just ask!
Thanks as always! Aaron.

Never had a problem with anything ordered from Aaron. Packed properly, shipped promptly and exactly as pictured and described on site.

Sooo tempting, but shipping to UK, etc is horrendous.

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.
