Does anyone know of a source for a 8" x 24" heating blanket. Having trouble finding one. Thanks.

These people offer a 12 X 24 heating blanket. It seems a little pricey for a bare wire blanket. My 6X36 blanket is 2.5W/sq in and works fine for bending guitar ribs.

8 is not an industry standard so you will not find them. You can get them made but the company will charge set up fees.
here is an odd size that may work for you

Omega seems to have just about any size silicone blanket you could want
