Hi

I know there's not alot of detail, but on the face of it does this look like Brazilian Rosewood to anyone and is it worth getting sawn?

no this appears to be veneer not solid

Even if it is BRW and the top cap is thick enough it would be a shame to ruin that nice table. Not every piece of rosewood is destined for a guitar.

Brazilian RW veneer. If you see a perfect bookmatch in figured wood, there is a good chance it is veneer. Most veneer is sliced, meaning the kerf is zero.

One thing to keep in mind is that many other woods can have a similar appearance to BRW, especially under stain and finish., so no guarantee that what it is, is Brazilian.
To add to what John said, even with older sawn veneer the book match can be pretty close:

Veneer....yes, but maybe....

Because actually the bookmatch is for a sliced veneer way too bad and not a perfect mirror picture on both sides, so this makes me think and wonder....
Look at the color and the pattern and zoom into the picture, looks like the color and patterns continue and match in the end grain cut....
Not really sure about that, but that could be also solid.

If so, I would resaw this thing into anything it would yield without any hesitation....sorry, no mercy

If you buy it as an occasional table that can open out and double in size I think you will be happy with it. If you buy is as a source of lumber I think it will disappoint. I don't see a perfect match with the end grain. To me it looks like veneer edge banding possibly from the end of the veneer sheet. Table tops are meant to stay flat - something that wide pieces of solid hardwood rarely does even if well quarter sawn.
