I'm using ivoroid for the first time as binding, and am wondering what the best glue/method is for gluing it to an ebony fretboard. I'm trying some stuff called Ambroid Liquid Cement, but it seems difficult to use, and doesn't seem to want to adhere to the ebony.
Suggestions?
Thanks folks!

I use ivroid alot and have found that duco cement is the best out there. Wipe the ebony with naptha and then lay a bead of duco , set the ivroid with a good rub in with an old tee shirt and tape down with masking tape. I let the tape on till I am done fretting.

I tried the tite bond on wood to plastic once. I had to repair it later as it failed over time in about 3 years. The tite bond will hold but it never really welds the plastic to the wood like duco did

Well I'm probably the oddball here but a couple of years ago I read a post by a luthier that he wiped the plastic with acetone and then glued to wood using LMI's white glue. I tried it and I'll be darn it worked. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I tried the Mario method, wipe with acetone, glue with LMI white glue, but it didn't work on the curved part of the fretboard. It worked fine on the straight part, but didn't seem to have the ability to hold around the curve. I'll keep trying. Couldn't find Duco at Home Depot, I'll have to keep trying.
I bought some stuff by 3M which looks like it might work, so I'll try that tonight and see what happens.

Update:

I tried the 3M Scotch Super Strength Adhesive, and I have to tell you, it's amazing stuff. Nasty smelling though, it has an MEK base. It stuck to both the ivoroid and the ebony very quickly, and seems to dry very quickly. More later when I see how well it cures.

Don,
I use weldon 16 from SM. Works fine. Just did a Mando with all the tight curves on the neck and body. Of course carefully heated and bent to shape first. Same stuff Finnochio uses. Watch when heating Ivoroid it flames up easy.
