Hello all,

I'm just wondering if anybody has built with the rosewood some of us bought from Gopel through Bruce on our import order? I'm getting ready to start a new batch of guitars and will be using this wood for the first time. I'd love to see any pictures if anybody has built with it yet.

Cheers!

John

it is good to go. RH with the meter was 6 to 8 percent. He's online these days in the Keys so maybe he'll refresh my memory.

John if you've had it stickered in a 45% setting or less, I see no problem with getting after a set. I have two lined up for clients now, eta late Feb, so you are ahead of me.

I was thrilled. It's been three goin' on four months and the moisture content was right when we got it. You didn't see the pallet, but it had a plastic liner below wrapped upward, and a plastic liner above wrapped downward, then strapped down so it was fairly imperviosly sealed all the way.

I've got two bodies bend and one to go tomarrow all with it. RH won't be a problem at all. It's pretty nice stuff.

I wanna see some pictures. I'm still kickin myself for not getting in on that with you guys. Bad timing and all. Maybe Bruce will trade me a set or two for some birch BTW bruce I haven't forgot about those pictures I just haven't spent more than an hour in the shop since you asked about them.. Oo I'll take a photo of my guitar right now.. just all the birch is up in the storage room.
