The most important first two 4" collection points are shown here in Part 1: viewtopic.php?f=10117&t=34557
If your dust collection can handle three 4" collection points, here is how I used my 3rd point.

I drilled a very small hole in the riser and a hose clamp. Then I used a small nut, bolt and lock washer to bolt the clamp to the riser. (I have also bolted a magnet to the clamp instead of the riser and then stuck the magnet to the riser. There are pros and cons to this alternative.)

The hose is held in the clamp and rides up and down with the riser. It is run above the machine out of the way of the door and operating features.

Here it is in the down position.

A close up shows the back edge of the hose is lower helping to pull air from the blade.

This collection eliminates most table top dust. My air quality meter runs in the "very good" range even when sawing at length.
