Chris, that's a great video. I'm sorry if you said this already but do you use a water based lacquer over the dye or would that have ill affects on the WB tint?

I'm not Chris, but...it depends on the water based lacquer. Every lacquer has it's own particular refractive index and inherent tint, which will affect how 'vibrant' your colors (or unstained wood) looks and how nicely you can get that 'wet' look.

One question about the vid: At 2:52 you flip the bird. Who is it directed at? The person who "disliked" your videos perhaps? Terrorists? "Coke Zero?" I am pretty sure I am not the only person with this question.

Thanks for that video!

One little question: You do it with 220grit. Do you sand with higher grit after prior to apply finish, or you stop at 220?
