Building my first baritone. Because of the wound 3rd string of a baritone does this mean that non adjustable wraparounds like this would not work http://www.abm-guitarpartsshop.com/Wrap ... ::190.html ?

Anything else that may change when laying out scale length, compensation and bridge type to keep in mind when making a baritone?

Yep, the wound 3rd is going to be a goodly amount off in intonation with that tail piece/bridge. Instead it will need to be similar to if not forward of the wound 4th.

You're right, standard compensation "rules" don't work on baritones. I developed a spreadsheet to make the calculations for any steel string instrument, including multi-scale. See http://www.mullinguitars.com/2015/10/compensation-calculator-for-steel-string-guitars.html
