I just veneered two headstocks for a customer and there is a lot of veneer left over. We've decided to apply it to pick guards so they will match. I have lots of black plastic p/g material, my idea was to cut out the guards, glue the veneer on as I did on the heads and shoot a few coats of lacquer. Question is, what kind of adhesive would be best here (I used Titebond on the heads)? (And I'll make myself a note to be sure to remove the film before I do it). Veneer is 0.020, I don't have any sort of vacuum so I'll probably be clamping between something flat - maybe 3/4 MFD
