Wow, it's been some time since I updated this thread. The guitar is now in the spray booth with a couple more coats to go then the 4 weeks wait to buff and set it all up.

Here's the pictures. Enjoy

Rod, that's looking really good. Hope you post a photo of it when it's completed.

This is probably up on the list of one of the nicest guitars I've seen. I would absolutely love to one day build something of this caliber. I love the woods and the stained glass rosette is stunning. Truly an awesome display of craftsmanship. This forum never ceases to amaze me.

Very, VERY nice choices all around, Rod. It's inspiring. And that shot of the back is pure eye candy.

Thanks guys, so much! It's funny getting near the end of something that has taken twice as long as one would have wished....

Here's where I'm at today, gluing the neck on and later tonight will be the bridge. Should be singing in a week....

I never did close off this thread with my professional pictures. My wife is an amazing photographer and is pretty awesome at taking pictures of shinny guitars (which isn't easy...)

This guitar is now in the hands of the owner (over a year now) and I've not seen it since the day he got it......need a visit with it soon :)

Enjoy.

I know it's already been said but that rosette is incredible. I would love to see the process and how you did it. What a huge amount of time and effort that must have been.

Can't wait to see it finished.

Oops, posted too soon, I see it's done, going back to look at those pictures.
