I loved Luck's comment when the press pool asked him how he felt after losing to the Patriots, " I am a little deflated"

Don't be surprised if the Patriots kick their butts...

While the Seahawks have struggled in the post season this year, the Patriots have been getting better, and no thanks to any deflated balls...

If not for a mental melt-down by the Packers, the Seahawks would be watching the game from Seattle. They won that game by pure luck. Meanwhile, the Pats were destroyed the Colts.
Their game against the Ravens looked at first like they were going to go one and out, but they pulled it together *twice* to come back from a 14 pt deficit to get the lead and keep it. There was no melt-down by Baltimore, the Patriots just got it going in all phases of the game. The Pats are healthy and firing on all cylinders, while the Seahawks are struggling and have some key injuries. The Patriots have a never give up attitude and seem to be focused intently on their goal, and nobody except the Packers in recent weeks has been able to stop them, even when they weren't playing all that well.

There's a good reason why the Pats went into the game as underdogs, and are now a 1 point favorite, with 73% of the betting in Vegas betting on the Patriots.

Both teams will fight like crazy in this one, and either team *could* win, but I think the Pats are going to pull it out in a big way. Vince Wilfork and the offensive line are going to have a monster game, and will need to to stop Lynch, or reduce his effectiveness. LaGarrette Blount is on a mission... and Brady is playing like he's 10 years younger, but with all the years of experience under his belt.

Hesh, I would not be surprised at that point spread. Could be closer, might be a lot farther apart than most think.
I heard some analysts the other days saying that the Seahawks could not blow out the Patriots, but the Patriots could blow out the Seahawks, I don't think it will be a blowout, but it sure would be fun to see the Pats win in convincing fashion, as opposed to by a field goal on the last play...

Not so. The balls are normally expected to go down in pressure with a 20+ degree drop in temperature.

And if anything, a deflated ball is more of a liability than an asset. Do the reading... harder to throw, won't kick as far, etc.

Anyways, I just hope the Pats make for better fodder than the Broncos. Remember them? The best offense in the history of the NFL?

Katy looked great and it was also nice to see Lenny doing well and strumming his Les Paul.

By game time even the worst seats in the house were going for $10K in the nose bleed section.... We may be in the wrong business..... :D
