| I read on a post that CA can stain Redwood. Is this true if I seal with shellac first?I want to glue in a Rosette with zip flex around it.Or will zip flex stay glued if I use titebond.I`m testing that now.It acts like it wants to stick? How about using e-poxy ,will this stain redwood? | |

| Yes CA will stain redwood. Seal with shellac, ask Lance to move this thread, then glue in the zip flex with CA per Kevin Ryan's instructions. | |

| OOps got it in the wrong spot.Sorry.I did like I always have.Sealed with shellac and then used Ca.It worked great.I guess I just got a little spooked. No need to keep this thread alive, as I noticed this topic has been covered.Sorry again.Back to the shop. | |
