Turned out pretty well. I know just what you mean about buying a guitar to repair and then sell. Just this summer I picked up a 1957 Gibson ES 125 that was in excellent shape and I was going to just clean the pots and level and polish the frets and put it up for sale but it is such a nice guitar I decided to keep it.

Yours is a beauty and looks like it is worth keeping!

Buegeleisen & Jacobson bought the S.S.Stewart brand in the early twentieth century. So there's a good start if you want to do more research. I think yours is a Lyon and Healy made model. It has that Chicago look.

Woah... I finally found some one with almost the exact same guitar only this one has more pearl and is in disrepair.

I had no idea I was in possession of such a valuable guitar hahaha :D
