That was downright painful. The sad thing is that for each of those "mods" or whatever the hell you want to call them someone sat there and said....YEP- that looks GREAT!!!

Not unless the guy added the finish chip-out next to the single coil, and the reflection of the whammy bar in the finish (look real close next to the knob). It's legit.

Thank you for sharing this link. It gives me courage to relook at a job I got but have been stalling after I gave to someone else to repair, and now it's close to being firewood.
