Post subject:  Repairing dents on a black instrument

Hi, I've been using Nail Painting and Superglue to both paint the part that were ripped off and create a transparent layer that could blend into the original painting. My problem is that when I sand (currently using 400) I ended up creating an opaque surface around it, that even using Beewax as a Polish compound is not solving.
Any hints?Image

The original finish is polyester, you will never buff that out with beeswax.... Get some actual buffing compound like Mothers or 3M.

Your CA fill will need to be much thicker before you can hope to sand and buff that out that it will look better than a black magic marker. And as you may already be able to see black isn't always black.... your nail polish is black, just lamp black. But the guitar has a touch of blue in the black to make it pop and as such even if the repair is made level and buffed out so the gloss is even the color difference will remain.

You mean adding more CA? I don't mind if the color will be slightly different. Trust me, it's not that much. By 3M you mean Finesse-it 3m, like this: https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/noi ... ment=false
