These are links to videos made by "Ex-Nihilio" over at the My Les Paul forums. Here are links to two of his build threads:

- http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/luthiers-corner/38166-ex-nihilos-2nd-lp-build.html

He uses templates from Bartlett Woodworking
- http://www.bartlettwoodworking.com/body.html

And the Les Paul drawing from John Catto

There are only three videos as of now, but I'm excited to see more in the future!

VERY cool, James!!! I only wish that were available when I built mine. Nonetheless, "Emily" continues to sing loudly and clearly.

Are you still planning to build one?

These videos sure make it hard to find an excuse not to! I'll be ordering those templates from Bartlett just as soon as my tax return comes and getting under way with the real work. I already have a few copies of the Catto drawing printed out [:Y:]

James,
I read the whole thread and it was amazing. I've never even played an LP but the cool factor with those guitars is pretty high up there. I don't see the point in making a reproduction per se but he did an outstanding job with the minute details of making it look authentic. The LP just stepped up about 6 guitars on my list of "to build". Thanks for sharing this here.
