The outstanding finish work highlights the beautiful materials you incorporated in the traditional 12 fret body shape. I like the way the similar but different edge purfling works with the rosette ring. The simple back strip also adds interest without detracting from the curly maple back. The red spruce top looks like those I've seen on the old guitars - a bit of uneven width grain and color rather than the bland uniform monochrome of some soundboards. I like it. |
