Post subject:  Does anyone deal with Shellex in Germany?
I ordered some mother of pearl tuning buttons from them and they are defective.
Three of them are a very sloppy fit on the shaft and three of them aren’t even broached. There’s just a hole drilled them as you can see in the photo.
It’s really a shame because they are beautiful other than the fact that they don’t work – lol

I have sent them two emails requesting a new set or my money back but I have not gotten an answer in about a week….

The last time I ordered from Shellex was back in the early 80's when you still had to call the International Operator in New York at 3 or 4 AM to catch Gunter Klier right when his shop in Germany was opening. It was good stuff back then. Sorry to hear of your troubles now.
