Meh....I don't see this guy as a guitar maker. It looks like all the necks are factory made. I doubt they would work if he made them anyway judging by his"craftsmanship".

To me he is a folk artist,not a Luthier.

I read this yesterday and watched the videos. I think the idea transcends guitar building. I’m from North Carolina, and was a bit concerned when I saw the title. This man has the right to do this. Most of us could not. Yes, it’s folk art. But it’s very interesting. In fact, I’m trying to get a friend of mine nearby to go visit. Reminded me of Billie Holiday’s song “Strange Fruit”
