Post subject:  I'm on a roll!

Got an hour in the shop this morning, yay me. I still have some clean up to do on the braces, possibly more wood removal. I'm tapping and listening, I don't have a clue but it's fun anyway. I'd like to get to edge where people say if you go past it, there's no turning back. Maybe I'll wait til #3, I really want this to be a player at least. If I put a video of me bonking on it, would you be able to help me get that extra bit of goodness?

I was thinking as I was carving, why not get most of this done off the guitar. I think I'll try that on #3. Especially the UTB, that was a bit of work.

I forgot to mention, I'm going to have a good time steaming dents out of the top due to my careless approach when I was clamping the braces in. Will I ever learn. [headinwall]

Getting close to closing. Once I get the trains out, I'll set the go-bar deck up permanently.

Hutch I wrote a tootorial for the OLF many years ago about steaming out dents in spruce tops. If you search it should be here.
