Hi can you tell me how to add pictures to my posts? I suspect there's a tutorial on here somewhere but I just cannot find it!

Below the box here is the " choose file " Button use that to get the pic you want then use the " add file " button. If the size is to large , open the pic in your paint program, look under " Image " choose Stretch / Skew I usall put 25% in the two boxes . then save and repeat first two steps
