Suzuki 12 string, early 1970s, headstock and heel broken by an errant ball at a rugby match.
Repaired by a friend of her father at the time.
Nut and bolt in the headstock, nut under the truss rod cover, bolt head under filler, heel break at glue line secured by large wood screw down through the truss rod (!) and a smidgin of glue that was actually holding the crack apart, causing a ski ramp at the body joint.
Neck was a dowelled joint.
The repairer told her not to put 12 strings on it, just use it as a 6 string, about 20 years ago...

Here's an Aria that someone gave me about 20 years ago. It would need a new top and neck but I've kept it around because I think the box is BRW. Surprisingly the fix has held and the guitar still has string tension on it idunno

It would take a lot of work to save it but I’ll probably do it. Just too nice to throw away.
