Hesh--

The shop is looking just super! Don't sweat the small stuff with the mudding. Paint it flat (as you mentioned ) and by the time you have the benches arranged, tools and jigs on the wall, etc. it will look like a dream. The 'Crapsman' table saw is a good bang for the buck saw. The biggest trick, if you can call it a trick is put a good fence on it. As long as you don't go into the production furniture trade, its all the saw that you will ever need. Good job!!

My shop is only 28' X 28' with a spray booth and I'm always short on room!!!!!!!
BUT i keep my stash of old woods in there -it takes up a hugh amount of space!!!
Hesh - I see no Brazilian dust on those floors & wall yet!!!!

It looks great!
I used off white(ivory) panaling in mine to keep the cost & labor time down!
I have 12" of insulation in the ceiling -walls & floor!!!
heat it with a direct vent propane furnace!

It can rain & sleet & snow all day -but me & my shop pup are cozy!!!!!!!
