OK, I'm starting to learn.

Ron

Can't change my password or get my avatar up, though.

The team is working on bringing all the avators and images over from the old site right now.
When we are fully up and running only registered members will be able to post.

I tried to log back in using the password in my email, but it would not let me back in. I didn't want to request another email. Or, if it is automatic, then I will.

I think I found the site. If this is it, it sure is a whole lot faster the the old one.

I'm Back now. I hope those password requests are automatic. Otherwise, someone is gonna be busy for a couple of days.

Cool. Avatars can be uploaded, made a new password after getting the new temporary one, member list works. Good progress!

The jump to hyperspace is really noticeable. Way to go guys!

OK, edit works, but how do I embed a YouTube video?

Hello ya'll. I tried changing my password (the only thing I've tried so far) to no avail. I went to the "user control panel" but couldn't find an option for that so I guess I'll just wait a few days as there seem to be many bugs to worked out.
It looks like a very nice place though and am looking forward to editing my posts and checking some videos.

Go to the log in page, post your user name, then click the "Forgot my password" link under the password box. It will send you a password and a log on link that will let you enter the password they assign you, and then you have to put in the little numbers an letters you see in the secret box. Once in, you can update your password, or at least I was able to do it.

Thanks Waddy - I tried that. I am getting the error:
The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found
I am using the same ID and email address. I am wondering if anybody else had email address issues - I definately made sure my profile was correct.

Thx!

Glenn

Looks OK, but the text font is near to unreadable to these old eyes. The smallest text is almost not readable. I can fix it by making the text size bigger in the view thing at the top of my browser, but then everything else I go to is way too big. PITA to have to keep changing back and forth.
