Clearvue was served legal notice by Oneida to "cease and desist", or some such wording, claiming the
Clearvue mini cyclone was an illegal copy of the Dust Deputy. Being the little dog against the 800 lb
gorilla, they quit selling the mini. They had a notice on their website to this effect for a while, they may
have taken it down now.

And that Rockler thing is NOT a cyclone separator. It's hard to understand what the air motion looks like
inside, but without the cyclone's cone I don't believe it will do much in separating anything other than
gross chips. If there's some scientific evidence I'll change my mind, but not till then.

I didn't know that Clearvue was served legal notice by Oneida. That would explain why It's no longer available. Thanks gozierdt

I called Clearvue today and the person I spoke to said that they are coming out with a replacement for the mini Cyclone real soon. He said that he would contact me when It becomes available. He also said that it would cost about $150. I'm going to hold off on buying anything for now and wait and see what they come out with.
