If with the 2*s you mean 2 X Sagita then yes, that is correct.

I have to say that I think your jig is way better than what I came up with. I was pretty impressed with your video (the others as well). Mine jig was pretty crude by comparison but even hacked together, this idea works well.

Just to be clear about the jig. I got the idea of the jig from John Cross over at MIMF.com back in 2006. I just put it in a box and made the advance and the video showing my version.

i've been trying to figure out what the exact radius would be if the router extends a distance X from the apex and couldn't work it out. I've posted it on the science forum and still didn't get the right answer there..Looks like it's not that easy to work out. Of course for practical purposes it doesn't really matter but still I would like to know. I think you go from a perfect radius to an ellipse, but I cannot come up with the formula.
