I went ahead and finished the All Sniggly guitar.
My first pinless bridge too!

Needs a good buff and a set up, but it plays. Sounds pretty good too!

Its off a board I bought a year or so ago if you saw the board its definitely Amazon rosewood ,actually a rather plain piece , flat sawn with sapwood on the opposite side I cut the bindings from, then laminated maple veneer

I got the neck attached to the garland of the viola da gamba. Spent some time making up a work board, too, which I discovered after I got this far along that I should have made first. Its kind of like building a classical guitar on a solara but from the back first.

There is a bunch of inlay to do on the back so I had to make up a bunch of veneer lines. Got the bend on the back joined, too.

Really nice stuff, guys. I love these threads.

I'm getting these necks glued...doing the last of the fretting. I have three more not pictured. These are going to be photographed and then I'm launching the website in earnest...I just have a shell site up now. These guitars will give me something to show off at the website. :)

I'm getting the hang of those neck joints.

Love the figured Purple Heart fretboard and....take a look at that Argentinian Brown Ebony fretboard. That's a beautiful homogenous light brown.
