I received mine yesterday, so I'm guessing the first wave of books from early orders is hitting the US now. Present bedtime reading project suspended for a while.

I will resist providing a spoiler other than to say it is very much a statement of personal experience, preferences and procedures rather than a how-to book. That is good - I have enough copies of various step-by-step build for beginners books, and they certainly have their place. This occupies a different niche.
