I don't think so Pat. Its still shell that crosses the border, and needs a lot of paperwork to be legal. I did do a guitar building course in Denver (thanks Robbie!), and took my chances with the zipflex rosette and ab dots that I installed. Glad they didn't check the guitar! You risk it being confiscated I would think....I just bought some from Lucien Guitars, I'm not much of a risk taker anymore :)

James, I use .079 on my purfling. Works well around the tight waist I use. Should be mighty fine on rosettes of any size.
