Another day, another dollar.

I used my mini-plane from Stephen Boone to taper the sides of back braces for the first time earlier this week. What an absolute pleasure. I was able to glide along the braces without putting a single scratch or mark in the koa back. As I mentioned above, my LN planes also work great here, but I always put a thin plastic ruler down next to the brace to keep the sharp edge of the sole from digging into the top.
