Shows on Chrome but not IE on both of my machines (Win 7 & Win 8).

Try clearing your browser history to see if it shows up. It should show on the home page as the tab icon and then also if you add it to favorites it will show there as well. It shows on the IE address bar as well.

It's working for me on Windows 10 both Edge and IE:
