So I was answering a PM, and near the end I had to refer back to the original; I saved my draft, and when it returned I had the subject and text, but no addressee.

I could discover no way to re-insert my addressee. Probably operator trouble;
what did I miss?

Dan

Dan it might be user error this time.

When answering a PM and you need to reference the original PM just hit the back arrow button on your browser to reference the original PM. Then to return to your partially composed reply hit the forward arrow button and the partial reply is still there. If you hit "replay" which should say "reply" BTW but the software needs this fixed - it starts a brand new reply and you lose what you had written up until that point.

Thanks, Hesh

I didn't lose my reply -that came later, after a lot of tinkering, trying to reinstate the addressee - rather the draft save scrapped the address.

I appreciate your instructions; how much tinkering did it cost you to come up with them? Is it just me, or does intuition insist that "save" might reasonably be expected to save everything? Especially since - I don't think I'm guessing here - the majority of PMs are replies, and start out with the original sender's name in the address box?

Thanks again
Dan
